  • We currently have two counselors who accept insurance: Joanna Snow, and Christina Steels, accept Blue Cross Blue Shield.

  • We have counselors and interns on our staff that are able to offer counseling at a reduced fee. Please check the “reduced fee counseling” tab to learn more.

  • Most of our counselors do an online intake. What that means is once you schedule your appointment, you will receive a link with an email to complete your intake online. We ask that you complete it before your appointment. This helps to streamline the process, guarantee you appointment, and prevents you from having to arrive early for your first appointment.

  • We are located in Downtown Mobile. You can view your “Counselors” page to see the location and specialty for each of our counselors.

  • Most of our counselors provide the convenience of scheduling online. You can go to the team page to find the link for each counselor’s scheduling portal to schedule your appointment.

  • There is metered parking along Conception Street and around Bienville Square. The office building is located on the corner of Dauphin Street and Conception Street. Parking is 25 cents for every 15 minutes. The meters now take credit cards, quarters or you can download the parking app. They will give you a ticket if you do not pay. Make sure you DO NOT park in a yellow loading zone. You do not need to pay for metered parking after 6:00 p.m., some holidays, and on Saturdays.

    We are located at 169 Dauphin St, on the 3rd floor in Suite 319 (Really Living Today, LLC). Once entering the building you are welcome to use the elevator or take the stairs. There is a waiting area in our office on the 3rd floor and coffee to rejuvenate you before your session!
