Presley believes that getting to the root of the issue is what sets clients on the path to ultimate healing. In order to heal, band aids cannot be put on lifelong wounds. The therapeutic process will not necessarily be easy, but it will definitely be worth it. You have more power than you think to heal and grow. You do not have to stay stuck in your current state. The human mind was created to adapt and be made whole again. There is always hope for healing.

Many people have never felt safe, seen, heard, or understood—It’s a completely foreign concept to them. Presley strives to hold space for any and all emotions and offers a nonjudgmental environment that promotes connection and vulnerability.

Using a trauma-informed approach and evidence-based treatment modalities, Presley collaborates with her clients on forming a treatment plan and letting therapy naturally progress at the client’s needed pace. She specializes in working with young adults, teens, and pre-teens experiencing a variety of presenting concerns.

Presley is currently completing her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling under the direct supervision of Joanna Snow, LPC-S.
