Cancellation and Refund Policy

Really Living Today, LLC understands that circumstances may arise that prevent a participant from attending a continuing education program. The following cancellation and refund policy applies to this program.

Participant Cancellations

Participants who cancel their registration at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the scheduled program are eligible to receive a full refund.

Cancellations received less than fourteen (14) calendar days before the program are nonrefundable.

At the discretion of Really Living Today, LLC, a participant who is unable to attend may be permitted to transfer the registration fee as a credit toward a future eligible Really Living Today, LLC continuing education program.

Participants who do not attend the program and do not cancel in advance are considered no-shows and are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

Attendance and Continuing Education Credit

Participants must satisfy all attendance, participation, and completion requirements to receive continuing education credit.

Failure to attend the entire program or otherwise meet the requirements for continuing education credit does not qualify a participant for a refund.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Really Living Today, LLC

Really Living Today, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a continuing education program when necessary.

If Really Living Today, LLC cancels the program, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to a future eligible program.

If the program is rescheduled, participants who are unable to attend the new date may request a full refund.

Live Online Programs and Technical Difficulties

Participants are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and equipment capable of accessing the live online program.

Technical difficulties experienced by an individual participant generally do not qualify for a refund. Really Living Today, LLC will make reasonable efforts to assist when possible.

If a significant technical problem originating with Really Living Today, LLC prevents the program from being delivered as scheduled, participants will be offered a rescheduled program, transfer, or refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

Really Living Today, LLC recognizes that emergencies and unexpected circumstances may occur. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on an individual basis at the discretion of Really Living Today, LLC.
